MUST School of Business students won the Gold and Silver Awards at “Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao Enterprise Business Case Analysis Competition 2025”

Jointly organized by the China Chamber of International Commerce Commercial Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong Baptist University, the International Association of Business Management Simulation, the finals of the “Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao Enterprise Business Case Analysis Competition 2025” was held in Hong Kong on 20 December 2025. Two teams from the School of Business (MSB) at the Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) stood out among the participating teams and entered the finals, winning the Gold and Silver Awards respectively, demonstrating students’ business analysis capabilities and team spirit.

Themed “Empower Regional Collaboration and Solve Business Dilemmas”, the core mission of the competition was to cultivate comprehensive business literacy among university students. It emphasized honing participants’ strategic planning thinking and refining their industry analysis skills, while also enhancing their communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. The competition attracted 23 student teams from 15 universities in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. Amongst, the “MUST Champ” team of MUST, consisted of Wang Yunjie and Zheng Yiming (third-year Finance students in the Bachelor of Business Administration program); Lyu Xin and Zhang Yihao (third-year International Trade students in the Bachelor of Business Administration program); and Song Yuhan (first-year student in the Bachelor of Business Administration program), successfully entered the finals. Under the guidance of Doctor Jian Pu, the team stood out with their professional analysis and global strategic recommendations for Pop Mart, and ultimately won the Gold Award.

Furthermore, the “4.0 GPA” team, composed of four second-year students in the Bachelor of Business Administration, including Li Yuqing, Yuan Honglin, Song Boxuan, Mo Haoyu, also reached the finals. Under the guidance of Doctor Jian Pu and Assistant Professor Zhang Fan, the team won the Silver Award in the competition for their professional analysis and unique solutions for Air Macau.
