Accounting
The goal of this major is to provide students with systematic accounting knowledge and practical skills, to help them develop leadership with a global vision, and be professionals of strong social responsibility and ethical business standards. Upon successfully complementing this program, students will be able to engage in the surveillance work of accounting, audit, and tax affairs. With a solid foundation of accounting knowledge and skills, a successful graduate will be ready to enter the international accounting profession or to pursue graduate study in overseas universities.
The accounting major course includes financial accounting, intermediate accountant, the financial control, cost accounting, management accounting, the tax system, accounting information system, Auditing, the law of corporation, the corporate finance, and other accounting curricula. Finance
The educational goal of this major is to prepare students to be the financial professionals with global leadership and business ethics, to be engaged in investment, financial institution and corporate finance management. Study of finance major provides students a curriculum of specialization, including courses such as Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Organization and Market, Security Investment, Financial Derivatives, Corporate Finance and International Finance. Human Resource Management (HRM) is the term used to describe formal systems devised for the management of people within an organization to maximize the productivity of an organization by optimizing the effectiveness of its employees. The primary responsibilities associated with human resource management include: job analysis and staffing, training and development of work force, evaluation and appraisal of work force performance, implementation of reward systems for employees, and maintenance of work force.
The aim of the program is to provide the opportunity for students to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for independent work in the area of human resource management, which will provide professional courses include Human Resource Management, Organizational Theory, Design and Change, Recruitment and Human Resource Development, Compensation and Performance Management Leadership, International Human Resource Management, Research Methods in Human Resource Management, Graduation Project (Human Resource Management). The goal of International Trade major study is to develop future business talents who are actively engaged in international trade and business management.
