From June 27 to 29, 2024, the School of Business (MSB) of Macau University of Science and Technology hosted a three-day Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) program at Library N405 of M.U.S.T. The program was hosted by Assistant Professors Pan Haibo and Li Shenru from MSB, and aimed to enhance undergraduates' interest in pursuing doctoral degrees and understanding academic research fundamentals.
Nine participants, all undergraduate students from MSB, took part in the training. The content covered included an introduction to academic careers, basic research concepts, how to quickly enter a research field, literature search and management, academic paper reading techniques, data collection methods, and developing a research idea.
