Professor Cai Chang from the Central University of Finance and Economics, visited the Business School and gave a lecture

On April 11, Prof. Cai Chang, the Director of Tax Planning and Law Research Center of Central University of Finance and Economics, visited the School of Business at MUST. Prof. Cai is the principle of many state-level research projects and in charge of independent director of several listing companies in China.

In the afternoon, Prof. Cai gave a speech titled “Property Rights, Taxation and Reform of Real Estate Tax in China”. He introduced the relationship between property rights, taxation system and economic reform in China, and then analyzed the design, trend and influence of the forthcoming real estate tax.

More than 100 staff and students from the Business School attended the seminar and the presentations by Prof. Cai were warmly received. In the Q&A session, students reacted positively and discussed related issues with the professor.
