Representing all MSB faculty members, Associate Professor Cai Qihai and Assistant Professor Fang Xin congratulated all graduates for their academic achievements. Addressing the challenges of the artificial intelligence era, Associate Professor Cai Qihai offered three guiding principles for the graduates: “Stay Curious, Stay Humane, Stay Trustworthy”. In an age where knowledge expires quickly, he urged the graduates to treat their curiosity as a permanent competitive advantage and to commit to lifelong learning. He cautioned against the cold logic of algorithms, emphasizing that ethics and empathy must serve as the compass to guard humanity. Finally, he stressed that integrity is the most valuable asset to architect a future where profit meets purpose. Assistant Fang Xin highly praised the graduates for their resilience and hard work, and encouraged them with a three-part maxim “Purpose, Principle, Patriotism”, urging them to never drift, never forget, and never forget who they are. She anticipated the graduates to embrace a broader perspective, conduct business with conscience, serve with empathy, and navigate with conviction, becoming warm-hearted and responsible builders. Both professors wished the graduates the courage to step out of their comfort zones, tackle future challenges head-on, and successfully begin the next chapter of their lives.
