He fully affirmed MSB’s updated strategic plan based on AACSB guidelines, and was confident that with the clearly defined and specific vision, MSB will effectively carry out the strategic actions. Dr. Perry highly recognized the MSB’s rapid response and leading actions in the AI era. He pointed out that MSB has launched or is preparing multiple undergraduate and master’s programs intersecting AI and business, placing it at the forefront of international business education. He also specifically inquired about how faculty members can integrate cutting-edge AI knowledge topics and technological applications into existing teaching content. In addition, Dr. Perry particularly appreciated MUST’s establishment of guidelines for AI application and ethical governance at both the university and school levels. These comprehensive and technical guidelines for faculty and students are closely aligned with AACSB’s latest global standards. During the interactive session, Dr. Perry shared valuable insights on “how to develop qualitative standards to evaluate the research impact of the school”. The interaction was enthusiastic and highly productive. After the meeting, the delegation, accompanied by MSB representatives, visited the University’s History and Achievements Exhibition Hall, and learnt about the development of MUST.

MUST MSB attained AACSB initial accreditation eligibility in 2017. Following six years of rigorous self-evaluation and continuous improvement based on 15 international standards, MSB officially attained accreditation in 2023. This exchange not only broadened MSB’s understanding of cutting-edge trends in international business education, but also laid a solid foundation for the future academic development. MSB will continue to use AACSB international accreditation as a core driving force for excellence, strictly adhering to accreditation standards, comprehensively optimizing teaching quality, and further enhancing MSB’s international competitiveness and professional advantages.
