MSB successfully held The “Greater Bay Area Digital Trade Rules Enhancement Training Camp”

MSB and SET jointly held the “Greater Bay Area Digital Trade Rules Enhancement Training Camp” from 26th to 29th June, aiming to deepen the study of digital trade rules in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, promote digital leadership zone construction, and facilitate sustainable development. Students from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Macau University of Science and Technology gathered together to exchange and learn through various forms such as special lectures and practical visits, achieving fruitful results.

During the 4-day training camp, the participants developed new thinking on the digital economy, explored the differences and coordination of digital trade rules in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area with professors, delved into the DEPA and RTA digital trade rules, visited the historical and cultural area of the Greater Bay Area - Cheung Chau Island Agricultural Ecological Park and the Blue Moon Group, attended a lecture by Professor Shen Minghao, supervisor of doctoral student, to gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges of the Greater Bay Area's development, and sparked the participants' interest and enthusiasm for digital trade in the Greater Bay Area.

Through this training camp, the students were not only expanded their understanding of digital trade in the Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau Greater Bay Area, but also gained valuable experience and inspiration. They will continue to maintain their passion for innovation and creation, and strive to become communicators of digital exchange in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau, as well as promoters of digital economic development in the mainland and Hong Kong and Macau, making positive contributions to the development of the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau.
