Career development lecture

As one of the 20th anniversary celebrations of Macau University of Science and Technology, on November 18, 2020, the School of Business invited outstanding alumni Dr. Xin Zhanhua for a career development lecture. Dr. Xin is the general manager of Sanjiang Human Resources Comprehensive Service Center Co., Ltd. President of Zhuhai Human Resources Managers Association, President of Zhuhai Business Incubation Service Promotion Association. As a senior human resources manager，in the lecture, Dr. Xin introduced the current situation of the labor force market under the 2020 epidemic and the overall recruitment situation. He shared knowledge about employment mentality, resume preparation, interview skills, etc., and especially pointed out coping strategies for online recruitment. The atmosphere of the whole lecture was enthusiastic and there were many interactions. As a supplement to the classroom learning, the students all benefited a lot.
