Vicky Koo is currently the guest associate professor at MUST. She also serves as committee member of CILT HK chapter and co-founder of CILT Macau chapter. Invited by our school, Vicky gave us a speech, titled “Customer-Driven Collaborative Supply Network”, on Nov. 23, 2018. During the presentation, she pointed out that it is the advances in IT that have changed the customer purchasing behavior, which posed new challenges for managing the supply chain. Vicky also shared with us the recent applications of IT, such as the impact of blockchain, Amazon’s use of drones to do delivery, and etc. The students learned a lot about recent development of supply chain in practices.
