MUST Students Win the Second Prize in Cross-strait, Hong Kong and Macau Accounting and Business Case Competition 2018

Students of Macau University of Science and Technology won the Second Prize in the National Final Competition of the Cross-strait, Hong Kong and Macau Accounting and Business Case Competition 2018.The MUST team “Unstoppable” is coached by Associate Professor Zou Wenchi and lecturer Wu Xiaoyu at the School of Business. As a popular competition among the universities in China, Cross-strait, Hong Kong and Macau Accounting and Business Case Competition  combines academics and management practice. It contributes to cultivating future business elites with sense of social responsibility, elite awareness, innovation ability and teamwork. 

Teams participated in the national final competition on 9th June were from 21 elite cross-strait universities, such as Hong Kong University, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Macau University, Taiwan University of Science and Technology, National Chengchi University, Tamkang University, North China University of Technology etc. These teams first selected in the form of report at various universities, and then represented the school to the National Final. 

In the final competition, 21 teams presented their own business analysis in various way and processed Q&A. MUST team "Unstoppable" analyzed the case in detail, actively studied the company financial state, and adopted "Homestay+new retail" strategy for the company further development.
