The Value Creation through Design workshop was held by MSB on Mar. 14, 2018. The lecturer is Cees de Bont, the Dean and Chair Professor of School of Design, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The workshop attracted more than 60 attendees.
In the workshop, Prof. Cees de Bont introduced the early concept testing of consumer acceptance, consumer behaviour, innovation adoption, and networked innovation. Also, he shared his Philips Design experence on how to take responsiblity for the Human Behaviour Research, Marketing Research and Strategy.
Professor de Bont has solid experience and track records in the management and leadership of a sizable and leading design schools in the world.
