MUST Business Students Won Championship, Runner-up, and 2nd runner-up at the Global Management Challenge 2017 Macau Final

The award-presentation banquet was held at the conference hall of Star World Hotel at Macau on January 11, 2018. The event was organized by the Macau Management Association. It is the largest-scale strategic management simulation contest, which is held annually. The championed team will represent the Macau Special Administrative Region to attend the global final competition to be held in Dubai this April and compete against the other champion teams from 27 countries or regions for the world championship.

The three award-winning teams of M.U.S.T. are Team Honor,Triple E and Wolf Warriors. Members of the champion team, Team Honor, include Wu Zilin (PhD candidate), and Huang Yueyu & Jiang Zheyu (Undergraduates) from School of Business, under the coaching of Dr. Tang Huajun (Head of Department of Decision Sciences). They applied the knowledge learned in classes, built up on their experiences at the contest and improved continuously on their performance, excelled among the 101 participant teams and entered the finals, and finally claimed the championship. Students of M.U.S.T. have continuously performed well and won awards at the Global Management Challenges; this is the third time in a row that students of M.U.S.T. won the championship. They have won the championship, runner-up, and 2nd runner-up in this year’s contest.

Winners of the championship of the Global Management Challenge 2017-Macau Final
